Position Overview:
As a Cabin Crew Instructor II, you will play a key role in the training and development of future cabin crew members. Your responsibilities will include assisting in conducting cabin crew training, tutorial and practical exercises, preparing materials for practical sessions, conducting examinations, participating in research work, and carrying out consultancy and service job assignments under close supervision. Additionally, you will perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in conducting cabin crew training
2. Assist in conducting tutorial and practical exercises for students
3. Prepare materials for practical exercises
4. Conduct examinations and submit results
5. Participate in research work
6. Carry out consultancy and service job assignments under close supervision
7. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must hold an Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination and a certificate of completion for the Cabin Crew Ab-Initio Course, along with a valid Cabin Crew License recognized by the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA). Extensive experience as an Airline Cabin Crew and/or a certificate of completion for the Cabin Crew Instructor Course, recognized by TCAA, will be highly regarded. Additionally, a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Air Transport Management, Airport Management, Airline Management, Aviation Safety Management, Logistics and Transport Management, Logistics Management, Transport Management, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, International Relations and Diplomacy, or Business Administration with a GPA of at least 3.5 from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.

Remuneration:
The selected candidate will receive a salary in accordance with the FAVS 1.1 scale.
